Managed Service

Provision of Managed Service and Outsourcing which supports client on-boarding, periodic and on-going reviews and complex remediation. Managed Services allows our clients to draw on our flexible and experienced teams so they can embrace opportunities and successfully deliver on their transformation plans.

Advisory

Our Anti-Financial Crime services include AML/ CFT audits, a comprehensive assessment of your control environment and retained MLRO services.

In the Legal and Regulatory risk domain, we provide regulatory gap assessments/ investigations, assist with enforcement actions and provide specialist consulting on regulatory compliance matters including APP Fraud, Consumer Duty, and Operational Resilience.

Standby Service (Plug & Play)

Providing rapid response deployment of our operational task force to assist with urgent needs or unexpected events (BAU surges, Remediations, Backlog clearance or volume spike cover). Areas covered: TM Alert Reviews, PEP & Sanctions Screening and SAR Reporting.

Our teams are mobilised to address any short-term demand or processing challenges. This provides quick intervention to help organisations mitigate risk, control overflow, and maintain robust business continuity.
